ROLE MODEL CORPORATE
2012 sees THESE MONSTERS’ founding members Samuel James Pryor, Tommy Davidson and Ian Thirkill directing operations from Role Model House as part of the Role Model Corporate collective.
Role Model Corporate is a recession proof collaboration between members of Stalking Horse, PABH, Dolphins, Black Moth, Lone Wolf and These Monsters based around a new studio space in one of the seedier areas of central Leeds.
From the machinery of Role Model House, Role Model Corporate will create Art for Art’s sake and Music for the joy of Music with zero pretension and maximum passion.
In regards to the seething Leeds Music Scene, THESE MONSTERS have always been and always will be team players. Role Model Corporate is a concrete extension of this do or die, d.i.y. approach to independent art and music. The collective will act as a support network to anyone that has something to say, has something to play, needs a space, needs a driver, needs artwork, needs merchandise screen-printed, needs recording, needs gear. Because we can.

Heroic Dose is the name of THESE MONSTERS’ second full length album.
It could also be said that a Heroic Dose is the most accurate sonic description of this album.
Heroic Dose is 28.9 minutes long, split into 10 songs played with alarming intensity by three young men who should know better, archived over 7 days with the minimum of technological intrusion by wunderkind producer James Kenosha.
